(BIM) nella cessione dell’intero patrimonio immobiliare di proprietà della banca e delle proprie controllate BIM Immobiliare S.r.l. e Paomar Terza S.r.l., nonché di Symphonia SGR S.p.A. (controllata al 100% dalla stessa banca), composto nel complesso da un portafoglio immobiliare di diversi immobili siti in Italia, al Fondo di investimento alternativo immobiliare “Perseus” gestito da Kryalos SGR S.p.A..

Il fondo "Tyre" è stato istituto ed è gestito da Kryalos SGR S.p.A.
